About Bernard Lee FBII TP
Bernard entered the licensed trade in 1974 as a pub manager in Barnsley working for John Smith's Tadcaster brewery.

Since then he has worked in the industry with roles such as Training Manager, Free Trade Salesman, District Manager and National Accounts Sales Manager.

He also owned and managed his own successful free houses. He sold his last award-winning free house in 2003 and returned to his first love training. Starting as a BII college tutor for Cambridge Regional Colleges and Cambridge university, he is now a fully accredited BII training provider and has recently been awarded a fellowship as a training professional.

Bernard has also served as the National Vice President of the Licensed Victualers Schools and he is a council member for the Anglia section of the BII. He also acts for some of the most highly regarded licensed retail companies as a consultant.
